Australia's oldest skydiving clubFew, if any sport can match the sheer exhilaration and fun of skydiving. Newcastle Sport Parachute Club, (NSPC), located at Elderslie in the Hunter Valley, is the oldest established skydiving club in Australia and is owned and operated by its members. NSPC has an excellent safety record since the club's inception in 1960.
NSPC has a high student retention rate beyond initial training. This means that many people who start skydiving with the NSPC continue with the sport, this is a reflection on our highly experienced instructors and positive club atmosphere. And, over the years, NSPC has created many Australian and World skydiving champions. Many of NSPC's instructors and camera flyers compete at a national and international level.
NSPC offers first time skydivers the Accelerated Free Fall Course or a Tandem Skydive. A video camera flyer can also be available to video your jump as a lasting memento. While weekends are the most popular times for running AFF courses and tandem jumps, we can cater for those who want to jump mid-week.
So whether you'd just like to "get your knees in the breeze" with a tandem or first jump course, or if you're really serious about learning to skydive..
